I suffered headaches after having a baby a few months ago where I received an epidural that went wrong. Personally, drinking Hydr8 helped relieve them substantially. I’m working outside in the hot sun a lot now and I always mix my gallon water canteen with this. Really does taste great and is reasonably priced. The only downside to me is a couple of the ingredients
