I used to be on low dose of zoloft for 1.5 years and did not feel like myself while I was on it but it helped with my stress and anxiety at the time.
Fast forwarded to 2 weeks ago... I got this supplement with my favorite protein powder order and gave it a try. O M G! I feel calmer and relaxed and my mind is clear. I wish there was this supplement back several years ago and used this instead of zoloft. Love so much love!
