With the holidays and challenges at work, this one here kept me calm and pretty much stress free. I would more than likely use these again.

Stress Away FAQ

Vitamin B Complex is a combination of essential vitamins including thiamine (B1), riboflavin (B2), niacin (B3), pantothenic acid (B5), pyridoxine (B6), biotin, folate (the natural form of B9 or folic acid) and methylcobalamin (B12) that work to support the body’s cells.

B complexes are not weight loss supplements and are not made to help you lose fat or weight. However, they may help the body convert food into energy and aid brain function that regulates appetite. For example, treating a B-12 deficiency may likely naturally help your metabolism.

In general, b complexes are great at naturally reducing stress. Some studies indicate that they may go beyond stress and even improve aspects of mood. The risk of side effects may increase if the complex is unbalanced. We take care to make sure proper proportions.

It is unlikely that you need to take two B-12 supplements. We always use methylcobalamin, the most bioavailable form of B-12. It contains enough for a daily dose. However, if directed by a healthcare provider, you may take more B-12 if needed to address deficiencies.

Deficiencies can build up over a long time and accumulate. It’s important that you address any deficiencies and start earlier rather than later to address them. B complexes are safe and effective for daily use as part of a regular wellness routine.
