If you have any issues, concerns, or problems with any of our products, just reach out to us within 60 days of your purchase. We offer a full refund, excluding shipping.
Shipping costs are not included in refunds. This means any original shipping charges, return shipping charges, duties, customs fees, or other shipping-related costs are non-refundable. Approved refunds apply only to the purchase price paid for the item itself, after any discounts or promotions applied at the time of purchase.

Change/Cancel Order
We ship all orders via USPS. Once orders are received and payment has been processed, we are unable to alter or edit them. If you would like to alter, edit, or cancel an order, we ask that you reach out once you have received the package by calling 1-800-798-0707. Orders received by 3:00 pm Eastern time (Monday- Friday) are usually shipped the next day, provided the items ordered are in stock. Please allow up to 24 hours for processing. We also offer international shipping. You may place your international order online or by phone at 1-800-798-0707.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 10 business days after the refund has been accepted for funds to appear back in your bank account. Note: currency fluctuations may alter the total refund amount received in your local currency. We refund orders using US dollars and unfortunately cannot account for exchange rate changes between time of original order and refund.
