Poobiotics

Glad I tried them. I expected to have more movements. I may buy them again, not sure though. It was not inexpensive. Regarding the Container: I was very surprised it was so large. I expected to see it full to the top, but, it was only about half-way or a little less than half.

Not working for me

I thought I would give these a try because I was very pleased with the Mag07 cleanse, and wanted something that I could take on a daily basis. This hasn’t helped at all. Perhaps it is helping someone else, but it is not working for me. I will be requesting a refund. I do appreciate the money back guarantee and that is why I am giving it three stars rather than one. It was worth the try, but I’m back on the hunt for an effective product I can use on a daily basis. Even though it didn’t work for me, it’s worth a try.

Love this!

Really makes a difference. I am pregnant and happy to keep things moving in my system. Feels great and I can take it with food or not and it does not upset my stomach. Definitely recommend it!

There aren't any known contraindications with other supplements like prebiotics, fiber, laxatives, vitamins, or digestive enzymes, meaning they should be safe to take with Poobiotics! However, if you have any questions or concerns you should consult your healthcare professional.

The digestive system is complicated and everyone's health situation is different. It's impossible to say if Poobiotics will or will not provide any specific benefit to any specific individual. However, Poobiotics uses 5 highly targeted probiotic strains that have been shown to be effective for constipation, diarrhea, gas, bloating, and supporting the microbiome-driven immune system.

If you are on medications, talk to your healthcare professional about taking any supplements. All probiotics may have contraindications with certain types of antibiotics, anti-fungals, or immunosuppressants. We always recommend to consult your trusted healthcare providers about whether supplementing with probiotics is right for you.

For most people, it is fine to take a probiotic while dieting, pregnant, and even breastfeeding. However, every person and health situation is unique. If you have a particular diet, are pregnant, or are breastfeeding, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider.

According to the NCCIH, if you are healthy, probiotics are considered safe and without major side effects. The strains in Poobiotics have been studied for many years. Lactobacillus acidophilus DDS-1 is one of the most studied probiotics available. However, everyone and their health situation is different. For some people, a rebalancing microbiome can cause very mild, temporary bloating or gas that goes away quickly as your body gets used to the probiotic. Very rarely, probiotics can cause allergic reactions. Overall, probiotics are a natural and beneficial part of a balanced wellness routine. As always, consult your healthcare provider if you have any concerns.

Overall, there is no strong reason why you can't take other probiotics together with Poobiotics. However, you may want to make sure that you aren't taking probiotics with strains already in Poobiotics. Additionally, the strains in Poobiotics have been studied together and shown to work together well. When combining another probiotic with Poobiotics, always make sure to find research that confirms they can work together to target the different needs of the gut. When concerned, consult with your healthcare provider.

CFUs stands for Colony Forming Units, a measure of the number of active organisms in a probiotic. There is no daily dose that is right for every person. For most people, 5 to 10 billion CFUs is enough support a healthy microbiome balance. However, some people may have better results taking 10 billion CFUs 3 times a day. Ask your healthcare provider if you may benefit from a higher probiotic daily dose.

Before giving any probiotic to children, consult your child's healthcare provider. Many people consider probiotics safe for children. However, babies and kids with compromised immune systems may have contraindications with any probiotic. It is important to carefully listen to the guidance of your child's trusted healthcare provider.
