Change/Cancel Order
We ship all orders via USPS. Once orders are received and payment has been processed, we are unable to alter or edit them. If you would like to alter, edit, or cancel an order, we ask that you reach out once you have received the package by calling 1-800-798-0707. Orders received by 3:00 pm Eastern time (Monday- Friday) are usually shipped the next day, provided the items ordered are in stock. Please allow up to 24 hours for processing. We also offer international shipping. You may place your international order online or by phone at 1-800-798-0707.
Please note: shipping costs are not included in refunds. If a refund is approved, the refund will apply only to the cost of the item at the time of purchase, excluding any shipping charges, duties, customs fees, or other shipping-related costs. For more information, please see our Refund Policy.
Within the contiguous United States:
Get free shipping on orders over $49 within the contiguous United States. For orders under $49, we offer a flat rate standard shipping for $5.99. For standard shipping, allow 24-48 hours to process the order and 5-7 business days for delivery. We ship Monday through Fridays (excluding Holidays).
*Current Promotion: receive free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States.
Hawaii, Alaska, and other areas outside of the contiguous U.S.:
Shipments will have a standard rate of $20.00. All shipments are subject to transit times of 5-7 business days.
Current Promotion: If order value is over $49, then shipping is free!
All orders received before 10 AM PST Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be shipped out the same day. Orders received after 10 AMPST will ship the following day.
We ship orders using USPS and FedEx Ground Services (SmartPost).
The shipping carrier will be determined by NBPure at the time of shipping based on end destination and service to ensure delivery within 5 - 7 business days.
Canada:
All orders to Canada ship using USPS or FedEx ground services (Smart Post) and the flat rate cost is $30.00 for all orders. Shipments arrive within 10-21 days and are subject to applicable duties and customs fees.
Other International Areas:
NB Pure ships internationally via USPS service for a flat rate cost of $65.00. Additional shipping fees apply to international shipments. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs.
