I've purchased these items "individually" since July. Once I started using them consistently, I noticed a marked improvement in my overall well-being. I work in an elementary school and am exposed to many illnesses/germs. These have minimized the severity of my "colds/illnesses" that I typically have. The Bx3 gives me a lift. The zinc (plus Vitamin C) helps alleviate any cold symptoms and the Vitamin D3 helps the fact that I don't have high levels of this specific vitamin.

NBPure subscription program. I ordered these 3 items and their new supplement. I got an email saying it was processing, then another saying I was receiving a refund. I missed their separate emailing it was a stocking issue. In the course of me communicating w/Alex Fryer as to what happened, I got another email saying it was processed and on the way. Alex also replied saying their was an issue on their end and this was processed. I asked about reversing the refund, to which Alex replied, "we won't reverse this. Consider it a gift! I was very appreciative and surprised. I will definitely continue to support this company. They have great products and great customer service.
