For years I used the old ABC fiber blend, which was good but I had to mix in some juice for taste reasons. This Daily Multi Fiber taste so much better, I just mix in water.

The taste isn’t bad, I was expecting worse. I drank it as the instructions say but I didn’t think it did anything for me.
