Pineapple & Spinach Smoothie Recipe
2 Cups of fresh spinach, packed
1 Cup frozen pineapple chunks
2 Cups frozen peaches
2 Banana's, peeled
1 1/2 packs of Stevia
2 Cups of water
2 Tablespoons ground flaxseed
Optional: 1 scoop of protein powder. In this demonstration we are using our Pure Advantage Whey Protein
Directions: Place spinach and water into a blender and blend until mixture is green juice-like consistency. Stop blender and add the remaining ingredients. Blend until creamy! Serve and enjoy!
