This product has "natural flavor" as an ingredient. I will not use this supplement.

We can tell you, the natural flavors we use are certified organic, recognized as safe by FDA and cGMP standards, and are sourced in the USA. They are vegan friendly and obtained using simple processes like extraction, decoction, cold pressing, essential oil distillation, and infusion that help create delicious tasting products. While specific blends are proprietary, we can say our natural flavors are free from common allergens. They are also GMO free and Kosher. It does not disolve

It’s not drinkable as it does not dissolve in water. Even if I shake it in a bottle just separates and the sedement resides at the bottom

Hi Cindy, thank you for leaving a review. This is the nature of soluble fiber - it is meant to get thick and be consumed quickly after mixing. Part of the fiber - the insoluble fiber - is not meant to dissolve which is why some separation can occur. This gives it the roughage effect going down, helping bulk stool and take extra waste along with it. If it's easier, you can also add a little more water which may help or reduce the serving size slightly. We hope this helps!
