These popsicles are so tasty.
Now that warmer weather is here, I have found that popsicles have been a great solution to helping my family get the fiber and protein they need. We have made a ton of versions of them so far, but have really enjoyed these Strawberry and Watermelon flavored ones.
Getting my family the correct amount of fiber and protein has been a challenge. This recipe is a win in that department.
1/2 cup of frozen watermelon
1/2 cup of frozen strawberries
1 scoop ofPlant Protein Powder
1 tablespoon of Coconut Lime Fiber Supplement
1/3 cup of coconut water
All all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth
Next, pour into a popsicle mold of your choice.
