Strawberry and Blueberry Protein and Fiber Smoothie Bowl Recipe
Sometimes for breakfast, you just need a Strawberry and Blueberry gold star covered smoothie bowl. This recipe is just here as a simple reminder that not every smoothie bowl needs wild ingredients. Sometimes the fruits you find at the market are just right.
1 scoop Plant Protein+
1 teaspoon Coconut Lime Fiber
1/2 cup of almond milk
1/2 cup of strawberries
1/2 cup of blueberries
1 whole frozen banana
Add everything to a blender. Start in the pulse mode to break up the ingredients first. Once you get a smoother consistency, switch to high speed. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Add to a bowl and top with whatever the heart desires.
This is really good topped with honey granola too!
