In honor of Earth Month, we decided to whip up a delicious tie dye protein and fiber smoothie that looks a lot like the planet we all live on.

We're big smoothie fans over here. You may even say that we're HUGE smoothie fans over here.

We also love bright colors, I mean helloooo, look at our brand. We're colorful people.

When we decided to get a little crafty and create an Earth Month Smoothie, we knew we had to make it resemble our amazing planet AND taste delicious.

That's just what we did.

Let's get down to business

The ingredients that we chose are not only tasty, but they're all part of creating the delicious colors in this tasty treat.

We decided to use apple juice, pineapples, blue spirulina powder, green spirulina powder, bananas, our FAVORITE vanilla protein powder, and our FAVORITE coconut lime fiber powder.

This drink is bursting with flavor and we couldn't drink it fast enough. Also, the kids in our lives sucked this smoothie down faster than we could even make it. Needless to say, it is kid approved too.

We'll show you how to create the colorful tie dye effect too.

Ingredients

To start

Take a 1/2 cup of your apple juice and add to your blender, add in half of your frozen banana, 1/2 cup of your frozen pinapples, 1 tsp of blue spirulina powder, 1/2 scoop of your plant based vanilla protein powder, and half of your tablespoon of coconut lime fiber.

Add in a few ice cubes and blend on high until smooth.

If all of your ingredients are frozen, you may need to stop the blender at some point, use a spatula, stir it up, and restart the blender. That is the secret to thick smoothies.

Once that is smooth, put it a tall glass.

Then take the rest of your ingredients (1/2 cup of apple juice, 1/2 frozen banana, 1/2 cup of frozen pineapples, 2 tsp of green spirulina powder, 1/2 scoop of your plant based vanilla protein powder, and the 1/2 tablespoon of your coconut lime flavored fiber) and mix the same way.

Once that is done, put it on top of the blue smoothie in the glass already.

Take a paper straw, then lightly mix the two together to create a swirl effect.

Voila, you're done.

We decided to sprinkle some edible glitter stars on the top of ours so that when we mixed them together, it was a bit celestial. Feel free to top yours with a pineapple wedge, or even an apple slice.

This drink is one of our fan favorites so we know you'll enjoy it too.
