4 Ways to Hype Yourself Up

Being your own hype person can be difficult. Especially if you feel like you do not have the time or energy to do so. It is important to tell yourself that you are fantastic. You are great. We are all amazing, in our own special ways. If you're struggling with recognizing your awesomeness, you're definitely not alone. Plenty of people have a hard time with self worth, but what you can do is take action. Feed your mind with good personal thoughts.

Here are 4 ways to find some inner love so that you can hype yourself up.

1. Wake Up and Stretch

Touch your toes, stretch up your arms like you're reaching for the clouds. Repeat, repeat, repeat. Stretching in the morning gets your blood flowing and your energy going. 

2. Write Yourself Words of Affirmations

Place them EVERYWHERE. Decorate your mirrors with them, place them on your desks, put them on your refrigerator. Fill your spaces with good feeling quotes. Here are some examples:

  • I am worthy
  • I am capable of every dream and worthy of every desire
  • My energy is limitless
  • I am relaxed and calm
  • I am enough 
  • I allow my passion to overpower procrastination
  • I accept that done is better than perfect

3. Take your Vitamins and Do So with a Full Cup of Water

Did you know that you're dehydrated when you wake up? Hype your body up by giving it what it needs: hydration, vitamins, food, and wellness. Have a nice glass of water ready right by your vitamins so that you can start your day off with a bang. 

4. Listen to Something Motivational

Pop on a mindfulness podcast. If you challenge with just listening and not seeing, check out a TedTalk. Do this while you're getting ready for the day. Fill your bucket up with listening to a good positive chat about self love. You are worth it.
