I didn't care for this. Not a good flavor and it doesn't mix very easily either. Becaseu of these 2 factors, I can't really say if it provides any noticeable benefits. It's just sitting in my cupboard.

Works just like it should!

Love this fiber. I take it every morning and have results an hour later. The. Coconut lime flavor taste great and the texture is not too thick
