Pineapple Mango Mockgarita

Ingredients 

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup frozen mango pieces
  • ¼ cup coconut water
  • Optional: 1 tsp agave
  • 1 scoop Superfood Paradise 
  • Optional: Add a spray of Lava Flow B12 for an extra boost!
  • Optional: 1 cup ice cubes for desired consistency

Rim 

  • Lime wedge
  • Optional: Raw cane sugar or salt

Instructions 

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth. Too thick? Add a little more coconut water or lime juice. Too thin? Add more frozen fruit or ice cubes.
  2. Rim the glasses by cutting a wedge from a lime and rub it all along the rim of the glass.
  3. Add sugar to a shallow bowl and place the glass upside down in the bowl so the sugar sticks to the lime juice on the rim.
  4. Pour the mocktail into a glass and garnish with a lime slice, pineapple wedge or umbrella – enjoy!
