Tastes like Oreo cheesecake but better for you!

I'll admit that I've never really been a big cookie fan. When I think about what I prefer to eat, I'm a more savory lover than I am a sweets lover. But there is just something about these Oreo protein balls that have me coming back for more and more.

Maybe it's the crunchy bits in it. Maybe it's the cream cheese. Whatever it is, I (and my kids) are HUGE fans.

I made this recipe as a dessert treat but now I end up making a double or triple batch every Sunday for my family to snack on all week long. It's their current favorite. And I don't know about you, but I don't argue with my kids when it comes to their favorite snack - ESPECIALLY when it's this healthier choice.

Below, you'll find this treasure of a recipe for the creamiest Oreo protein balls.

Best part? They only have 6 ingredients in it, all of them are gluten free, and they're ready to eat in just a few minutes.

Great for after school or even for an after sports snack. Perfect for that mid day sweet craving and packed with protein.

So let's dive into these creamy balls that are filled with crunchy bites. You don't even have to bake these in the oven. See why I love these so much?

These are as healthy as protein balls come, and they’ll be a great ace to have up your sleeve. Keep these in the fridge and pop one when you need it. Get energized while giving your body the protein it needs!

Ingredients Used To Make These

You can find these at any of your local grocery stores or online.

Cream Cheese

I used vegan cream cheese with this recipe, but you can absolutely use dairy. Both will be amazing and delicious.

Plant Protein Powder

NB Pure Plant Protein+ is a low carb Plant-Based Protein Powder which is made with only the best ingredients, including pea protein, flax seed and chia seed.

Coconut Flour

Any brand will do!

Oreo Cookies

Did you know Oreo cookies are technically vegan? Feel free to sub for the gluten free version if needed.

How To Make

Here's a quick video showing you can save with full ingredient list and making instructions!

Recipe Variations and Add Ins

Substitute in any cookie if you'd like. I've made these with the peanut butter Oreos, biscoff cookies, and regular chocolate chip cookies. The recipe stays the same, just switch out the cookie.

You can also add in some flavor extracts like vanilla, or raspberry, and even lemon would be delicious.

Also, if you don't have a nut allergy, add in some nuts too!

How To Store

Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
