methylcobalamin is the most bioavailable form of B-12. Cyanocobalamin is another form of vitamin B-12 that must be heavily converted by your body. Often cyanocobalamin is used in supplements because it is cheaper and easier to manufacture.

We love the ease of taking this, it’s the right kind of B12, and the taste is great! My kids love it.
I LOVE the taste of this B12 spray! And it doesn’t hurt my stomach like some other B12 supplements have. It lasts a good amount of time too, so it’s a really great value! I’ll be getting my labs done again soon to see if my body is successfully absorbing it. I hope it is, because it’s my fav!
