nbpure's formulation is so much better than the rest!

B12 is best taken on an empty stomach, alone. Most other formulations combine B12 with other ingredients. So glad I found this one!

Due to genetic mutations, methyl B-12 is not well tolerated and therefore I must use Hydroxycobalamin B-12.
